"My kids had a really great time…"
My kids had a really great time and kept saying they want to go again, which is always a good sign. it was fun watching them enjoy themselves so much. I was a little tired by the end and maybe slightly over it, but yeah, overall it was a nice day and we’d probably go back.

"Loads of variety and really fun"
I had a great time because there was a proper mix of obstacles, and none of it felt repetitive. I always notice when something starts to follow the same pattern, but this kept switching things up in a good way. Some were straightforward, then a few really made me think and pushed me a bit. Our group all ended up having different favourites, which says a lot. Would definitely go again

Really happy with the price here. Compared to some other places that charge ridiculous amounts for the same kind of thing, this actually felt fair. The kids had loads of fun, and we left feeling like it was money well spent rather than being ripped off

The place was mostly clean from what I could tell, but the toilets were a little messy when I visited. It wasn’t anything awful or a dealbreaker, but personally, I do expect the bathrooms to be kept a bit more hygienic. Overall it was okay, just one area that could use more attention.

We took the kids here the other day and they did have fun with some of it, so it wasn't all bad. I just didn't feel totally at ease with the safety side of things. A few areas felt really crowded, and it didn't always seem like staff were keeping a close eye on what was happening. One of my kids got a bit stuck on one of the obstacles and wasn't sure what to do, and it seemed to take a while before anyone noticed. Maybe we just went at the wrong time or it was unusually busy, I'm not sure, but I would've expected more staff around. I'd probably think twice before going back.

"I booked this thinking it would be..."
I booked this thinking it would be a fun little challenge, but it was way harder than I expected. Some of the obstacles was clearly meant for people who already train for this kind of thing, not someone just trying it out for the day.
The staff were okay, but I didn’t really feel like beginners got much support. I left more frustrated than proud, and it kind of ruined the experience for me.

"Left Feeling Fed Up"
I came away from the visit in a bad mood. We spent more time standing around in queues than actually enjoying anything, and it all felt a bit badly organised. No one really told us how long we’d be waiting, which made it even more frustrating. The kids got restless, I got fed up, and by the end I just felt disappointed. For the price, I expected things to run a lot more smoothly. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back.

We went with the kids, so I was half expecting the usual faff of driving round looking for a space, then trying to figure out where the entrance was while everyone’s getting impatient. Luckily it wasn’t like that at all. The place was easy enough to find, and once we got there the parking was simple and close to the entrance, which made a big difference. Getting around inside was straightforward too, no real hassle. it just made the whole visit feel a lot easier than expected. Would definitely go again.

I went with the kids and they seemed to enjoy most of it, so maybe I’m being a bit picky, but the whole place felt kind of flat that day. The staff were fine, nothing to complain about really, though the music felt loud to me. It also got crowded really quickly, which probably didn’t help. Overall it wasn’t bad, and maybe we just caught it on an off day, but it wasn’t quite as fun as I thought it would be.

The food was nice overall, and I did enjoy it, but I wouldn’t say it completely blew me away. Everything was fine and tasted fresh enough, though I felt like it could’ve had a bit more flavor or something to make it stand out. Still, not a bad experience

"Booking felt way harder than it needed to"
I tried booking through the website and it was frustrating. The dates and times weren’t very clear, the checkout was clunky, and for a while I wasn’t even sure if the booking had actually gone through. It all felt really impersonal too, like I was just another ticket number instead of someone trying to plan a simple day out. I ended up giving up feeling annoyed

"Long wait and disappointing planning"
I ended up waiting around much longer than expected, and the whole session felt like it wasn’t planned very well. There didn’t seem to be a clear structure, which made the experience feel a bit frustrating and like my time wasn’t really being valued. I was hoping for something smoother, so I left feeling disappointed.

"Fun place, but the changing rooms need work"
I had a good time overall, but the changing rooms were just okay. They felt cramped, especially once it got busy, and they could’ve been cleaner. The lockers worked fine, so that was a plus, but I wasn’t always sure what I was supposed to do next or where to go after changing. A few clearer signs or staff directions would’ve helped a lot.

"Wish We’d Gone at a Quieter Time"
We had a really good time at Ninja Warrior UK. The staff were friendly and professional, and they made sure everyone understood the rules without making it feel too strict. They were keeping an eye on things in a reassuring way, which was great. My only regret is that we didn’t go at a quieter time, because it did get busy and we ended up waiting around a bit. Still, it was a fun visit overall and I’d happily go back.

The place itself was alright, but the staff seemed a bit moody and weren’t especially helpful. You’d kind of expect a more welcoming vibe, especially somewhere families bring kids to have fun. Bit of a shame really, because the kids were excited, but the atmosphere didn’t feel very warm...

"Had a Proper Good Time"
Went with a few mates we had a proper laugh. The staff were sound too, so I don’t really get what anyone would complain about. It was a good night, simple as that.
